Join a tour, or head off on your own along one of Big White’s beautiful snowshoe trail network. Bonus: Trails are dog-friendly. All participants must have a valid pass, which you can purchase at Big White. More info here

Take advantage of SIlverstar’s more than 16 kilometres of single track trails weaving in and out of beautiful forest. Rent your snowshoes or bring your own, but make sure you buy a trail pass. More info here

Snow tubing at Big White. The Big White Tube Park offers tons of fun for all ages. The Tube Park has five specially-groomed lanes that allow thrill seekers to enjoy a high-speed ride down the slopes, even after the lifts close. Rates and hours here
Snow tubing at Silverstar. They supply BIG inner tube with safety handles, you supply the camera. The tube lift lets you make run after run without the effort of hiking or carrying your tube – all in a safe, controlled environment. Rates and hours here
HORSE DRAWN SLEIGH RIDES

Big White. Cozy up under a blanket and enjoy hot chocolate while gliding through snow covered forest trails during your sleigh ride, a fantastic experience with the horses. This is the perfect family activity for all ages.
Choose between half hour tours, full hour tours, private tours and dining tours.
Silverstar. This spectacular tour meanders thorugh SilverStar's pristine wilderness trails to the Wild Horseman's Cabin. Upon arrival, you will settle into the rustic cedar cabin and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate and a aked treat around the glow of the fireplace.
Choose between the 45-minute tour, and the dining tour.
Winter Sleigh Ride Show. This winter, we join forces with Urban Ink, the critically acclaimed Vancouver Theatre company behind Children of God, and Les Filles du Roi, to create SEDNA, a spectacular retelling of the Inuit story of the Goddess of the Arctic, told with music, mask, and magnificent large-scale puppets. Join us for the world’s only horse drawn winter sleigh ride theatre experience.
