U-PICK APRICOTS, PEACHES + PLUMS ๐Ÿ‘ 2019 season

The Okanagan is famous for its stone fruit, and apricots and peaches are no exception. Juicy and sweet, perfect straight from the tree, or preserved for later, there are tons of amazing places to get your fill.

  • Apricots are usually ready for harvest in mid or late July

  • Peaches are a few weeks behind, usually late July to early August

  • Plums tend to be ready from August to September.

Rose Family Orchards

Hours: Open daily from May to November, 9 am - 6 pm. Call to confirm: 250-801-1273

FYI: This 10.4 acre farm features cherry, apricot, peach, plum and apple trees, and includes a licensed commercial kitchen that produces handmade Belgium chocolates, fresh baked desserts, and ice cream with fruit toppings.

Paynter's Fruit Market

Where: 3687 Paynter Rd, WEST KELOWNA - see map below ๐Ÿ‘

Hours: Market open 8 am - 9 pm every day.

FYI: No apricots for 2019. Peaches ready for harvest mid July - late August, plums August - September, pears late August-September, and apples October. Cherries available early July.
